Home Protection Guarantee

While working in your home, you can expect our professional installation and service technicians to protect your home and property. We promise that:

  • We require background checks and drug tests on all employees.
  • We will protect your home by wearing floor protectors and using drop cloths and hall runners.
  • If we ever damage your plants, lawn, flower beds or anything else on your property, we will promptly restore them free of charge.
  • If we ever damage your walls or doors, we will promptly repair them free of charge.
  • We will never play loud music, use foul language, use tobacco, or smoke in your home.
  • We will never drink alcoholic beverages on or near your property.
  • We will never leave a mess behind - we'll only leave good feelings.

Simply stated: If we dirty it, we'll clean it. If we damage it, we'll replace or repair it.

24-Hour Service Guarantee

When you invest in a home comfort system from us, we guarantee your comfort today and in the future.

If your comfort system fails for any reason within one year of the date of the original invoice, we promise to restore your comfort for free within 24 hours of your call. If we fail to do so, not only will we fix it for free, but we will also write you a check for $555.

At any time in the future, as long as you own your system and we perform your routine maintenance, we will arrange for you to stay in a hotel for free of charge if we are unable to repair your system and restore your comfort within 24 hours of our arrival.

Comfort Guarantee

We promise that the system(s) we have installed in your home will keep you comfortable. If, within one year of the date of the original invoice, your system does not perform to within 3 degrees of the designed temperature setting we have stated at your electronic thermostat, we will redesign the system(s) at no cost to you to achieve the desired comfort level.

No Surprises Guarantee

We provide a guaranteed upfront investment amount for your new comfort system. If any additional materials, parts or labor are required to properly complete the work specified for your installation, there will be no additional cost to you. When we say how much it is, that's how much it is...Period. There will be no surprises and especially no guesswork.

*For installation of new HVAC and Plumbing equipment in your home, in addition to any manufacturer’s warranty on equipment and parts, we will guarantee your satisfaction for the first year following installation. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied within one (1) year of the date of original invoice, we will either make it right or remove the equipment and cheerfully refund 100% of your money.

*For HVAC, Plumbing and Drain service work performed in your home, in addition to any manufacturer’s warranty on parts, we will warrant our workmanship for the first (1) year following our initial service. If you are not satisfied within one (1) year of the date of original invoice, we will either make it right or cheerfully refund 100% of your money.

*For Sewer Replacement performed for your home, in addition to any manufacturer’s warranty on materials, we will warrant our workmanship for up to ten (10) years following the date of the original invoice. Furthermore, if you are not satisfied with our workmanship within one (1) year of the date of original invoice, we will either make it right or cheerfully refund 100% of your money.
