“I am so impressed with your attention to customer service! I’ve been a maintenance customer with you now for two to three years. In September, you all installed a new furnace at my home. I must say that in recent years, I have not encountered any other business who meets your level of commitment to the customer. It’s a soapbox topic with me.
So many companies say they focus on customer service but few actually meet and exceed my expectations.

During the summer, my air conditioner quit working on a very hot Saturday night. I called Conway hoping someone would come out — but not really expecting it. The technician called me back, immediately, and said of course he would come out! He had our air conditioner working within a couple of hours. Today, I couldn’t get my new furnace going, having forgotten your instructions about needing a ‘heat start’ since it was installed during hot weather. I had a very complicated and hectic schedule that day, but you all worked it out. Within just a few minutes of my call, there was a technician pulling into my driveway. I am now toasty warm!!!

Since being a Conway customer, I’ve talked to several people in your office and met several of your technicians.
Everyone, without exception, has been knowledgeable, polite, attentive to my needs and schedule, and just overall exceptional. I am recommending Conway Services to all my friends and family. In addition, I am copying this letter
to a friend, Ed Horrell. Ed is an author and host of a radio talk show, which focuses on customer service.
He likes to hear about companies who are ‘doing it right.’
