Even though most heating and cooling systems are manufactured to run at top efficiency for many years, even the best-made equipment can break down, on occasion. To help ensure that your heating and cooling system works when you need it to, we provide several warranties to give you the peace of mind you deserve:

12-Month Satisfaction Guarantee (New System Installation):

If you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of your new comfort system installed by Conway Services Heating and Cooling, we will make the necessary repairs to your satisfaction, or - we will remove the system and give you a complete refund.

5-Year Compressor Guarantee:

If your new compressor fails during the first five years after we install it, we will make the necessary repairs to your satisfaction, or -we will completely replace your air-conditioning system (at no charge to you); not just the compressor.

5-Year Heat Exchanger Guarantee:

If your new heat exchanger fails during the first five years after we install it, we will make the necessary repairs to your satisfaction, or - we will completely replace your furnace (at no charge to you); not just the heat exchanger.
