American Residential Services, LLC dba Conway Services ("Conway Services") Generator and HVAC System Giveaway Rules

This giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years or older at the time of entry and who reside within the Conway Services service area listed on its website. Employees of American Residential Services, LLC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and the immediate family members of each, are not eligible.

Entry Period. This giveaway begins at the start of each applicable Memphis Tiger’s home basketball games from January 12, 2026 and ending on March 5, 2026at 11:59 pm Central Time.

How to Enter. Scan the QR that will appear on the display at the Memphis Tiger’s basketball game and complete the online entry form located at https://www.conwayservices.net/tigersgiveaway. Limit one (1) entry per household. No mechanically reproduced entries accepted. All submissions must include your legal name, address, phone number and email.

Prizes. One (1) winner will be selected at random prior to the start of the 2^nd half of the Memphis Tiger’s home basketball game. The winner will receive their choice of either one (1) generator and installation (approximate retail value of $16,000) or one (1) HVAC system and installation at the winner's residence (approximate retail value of $16,000.) NOTE: The winner will be chosen at random from the list of names drawn at each eligible University of Memphis Men’s home basketball game (1 each eligible game) and will get to choose their prize.

Prize Conditions.

All prizes must be for residential properties and the winner must be the registered owner of the property.

If the HVAC system is selected, the winner must have an existing central HVAC system (including ductwork) at the residence. The prize includes installation of new heating and/or cooling equipment but does not include supplemental electrical work, ductwork, code upgrades, remediation services, or any other work outside the scope of standard installation.

If the Generator is selected, the winner must have existing natural gas service to the home. The prize will include one (1) 200 amp transfer switch, one(1) battery, one (1) generator pad, up to ten (10) feet of conduit, up to ten(10) feet of generator wire, up to ten (10) feet of gas pipe, up to ten (10) feet of feeder wire, one (1) whole home surge protector. This prize includes the installation of generator and all the related items above but does not include supplemental electrical work, code upgrades, remediation services, gas meter upgrades or any other work outside the scope of standard installation.

The specific equipment will be chosen at Sponsor's sole discretion based on the specifications of the winner's home and needs.

Prizes must be scheduled, subject to Conway Services availability and discretion, and installed no later than December 31, 2026.

Driver's license with current address or other appropriate picture identification is required to claim a prize.

Winner Selection and Notification. The random drawing will occur on or about March 5, 2026. Winners will be contacted via the phone number provided and, if no response is received within forty-eight (48) hours of the initial phone call, via email. If the winner does not respond within twenty-four (24) hours of the email accepting the prize, the winner will forfeit the prize and Conway Services will select another winner at random from the pool of entries.

General Conditions. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution or cash alternative will be made. All prizes are given away "as is." American Residential Services, LLC and its parents and subsidiaries do not make and hereby disclaim any warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory (including without limitation any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement) with regard to any prize.

The payment of all costs and expenses involved in claiming a prize are the responsibility of the winner. ALL TAXES AND OTHER COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH ACCEPTANCE OF THE PRIZE, AND THE REPORTING CONSEQUENCES THEREOF, ARE THE SOLE OBLIGATION OF THE WINNER.

Limitation of Liability. By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final. Sponsor and its employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, and representatives are not responsible for and shall not be liable for any liability, damages, losses, or injury resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from entrant's participation in the giveaway or acceptance of the prize. By entering, entrant agrees that any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs, excluding attorney's fees. Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim any punitive, incidental, or consequential damages.

Publicity Release. Except where prohibited by law, entry constitutes permission to use winner's name, hometown, and likeness for online posting and/or any advertising and publicity without additional compensation.

Privacy and Marketing Consent. By entering into the giveaway, the entrant is expressly consenting to receive future sales and marketing calls, emails, or advertising (at the number or email on the entry form) from American Residential Services, LLC and any of its parents and subsidiaries.
